corrugated pipes, polyethylene pipes, polyethylene pipes for drainage system, polyethylene manholes
The production sites are in Cazzago San Martino (Brescia) and Conza della Campania (Avellino) respectively. The production of structured HDPE is carried out by extrusion and is mainly oriented towards applications in the electrical and telephone sector (Conduits), no pressure underground sewer systems , drainage systems (Ecopal). Polieco also designs and produces pipe fittings , custom-made special pieces and polyethylene manholes, using a moulding technique. The company organization model is in compliance with the norm UNI EN ISO 9001:2000; certification obtained obtained in 1995 has been renewed in 2003. The increase in use of polyethylene pipes in Europe led Polieco to establish new production units in France, Spain, Greece and Slovakia. Polieco France has been producing since early 2000; Polieco España since 2001. Polieco Greece and Slovakia, established end of 2006, will start soon their own production. Polieco, at the Cazzago S. Martino location, occupies an area of 80.000 sq. m., whose 35.000 are covered, near the Rovato (Bs) exit of the A4 Milano-Venezia motorway How to reach the Cazzago S.

Floating Boat Docks - Custom Made Docks & Ramps
* All docks have galvanized box truss steel frames. * 9 1/2" frames are commercial grade extra heavy duty. * Rotomolded foam filled Polyethylene tanks. * No rotting or warping as with conventional wood docks. SUBSTRUCTURE: Sub frames consist of a 9 1/2" box truss design composed of side panels which feature 1 ½" x 1 ½" x 3/16" angle for the top and bottom cords and 1 ½" x 1 ½" x 3/16" angle members for the diagonal web in the side panel. Each side panel consists of two diagonal pieces every 4' with a vertical member every 4'. There is positioned from opposite corners on the bottom of each 4' section, one horizontal diagonal brace using 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 3/16". There are vertical upright supports for the runners using 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 3/16". The vertical corners of each section are constructed out of 3" x 3" x 3/16" angle which is used to connect the sections together using ½" x 1 1/2" grade 8 bolts. Each corner has a bolt connection at top and bottom. Center runners are constructed out of 1 ½" x 1 ½" x 3/16 angle spaced no greater than 16" on center. After fabrication, the frames are then hot dipped galvanized. DECKING CHOICE: Treated lumber: 2”x6” cross decked and screwed to treated 2”x4” sills tech screwed to sub-frames.

Abstract In this dissertation, the cold-drawing response of a commercial high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin has been studied using solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy and variety of other complementary techniques.
Dow Introduces New High Performance PE Resin for Geomembranes Nürnberg, Germany - May 14, 2007 The Dow Chemical Company today announced the commercial availability of a new HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) resin for use in geomembranes, the synthetic sheet-like structures that are commonly used as impermeable liners in geotechnical engineering applications for environmental protection, prevention of drinking water loss and water collection, and water-proofing constructions. The new product, HDPE 50045E, underscores advances in polyethylene material science that have made it a popular constituent material for geomembranes. It is a high performance resin with a special molecular structure (high molecular weight) that provides a combination of flexibility with high melt strength and excellent processability for thick blown film extrusion applications such as geomembranes.
Dow High Density Polyethylene Resins (HPDE) DOW HDPE injection molding resins offer both strength and processability the two properties every injection molding processor wants, but rarely gets at once until now. DOW high density polyethylene resins for injection molding span the spectrum of end-use applications; offering choices in copolymer and homopolymers, melt indexes and densities.
Polyethylene resin production was started in Japan in 1958. Currently, the consumption quantity in Japan reaches above 2,500,000mt per year, which has become an important representative of thermoplastic resin.

Polyethylene ( PE ) - The term polyethylene describes a huge family of resins obtained by polymerizing ethylene gas, H2C=CH2, and it is by far the largest volume commercial polymer. This thermoplastic is available in a range of flexibilities and other properties depending on the production process, with high density materials being the most rigid.

Properties HDPE has little branching , giving it stronger intermolecular forces and tensile strength than lower-density polyethylene . It is also harder and more opaque and can withstand somewhat higher temperatures (120 °C for short periods, 110 °C continuously).

Linear Polyethylene Linear polyethylene is available as low, medium and high density. Most products offered are molded of linear medium density polyethylene (LMDPE) and linear high density polyethylene (LHDPE).
Overview High density polyethylene has good chemical resistance and electrical properties, but it has a high thermal expansion and tends to fail under mechanical and thermal stress. Glass reinforcement improves its thermal expansion, strength, rigidity and temperature resistance.
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Pipe is a product made possible by the latest manufacturing technology. This technology is being used to manufacture a strong, seamless flexible pipe with one of the highest strength to weight ratios for all drainage products.
LEB Enterprises are high density polyethylene suppliers. HDPE is produced under the low-pressure polymerization manufacturing process, and its manufacturing technical know-how is being offered all over the world including U.

A linear polymer, High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is prepared from ethylene by a catalytic process. The absence of branching results in a more closely packed structure with a higher density and somewhat higher chemical resistance than LDPE .
Ethylene polymer compositions comprising a high molecular weight high density polyethylene resin and a low density polyethylene resin are disclosed, where the polymer composition has a comparatively high melt strength for a given melt index. The compositions comprise from 25 to 99 percent by weight of the composition of a linear or substantially linear polyethylene polymer having a density of at least about 0.90 g/cc, and an I21 of less than about 20; and from 1 to 25 percent by weight of the composition of a high pressure low density type polyethylene resin having a melt index (I2) less than about 5, a molecular weight distribution greater than about 10, a Mw_abs/Mw_gpc ratio ('Gr') of at least 2.7, and a melt strength at 190°C greater than 19.0 - 12.6*log10(Mi).
Linear Polyethylene Linear polyethylene is available as low, medium and high density. Most products offered are molded of linear medium density polyethylene (LMDPE) and linear high density polyethylene (LHDPE).
